| 1. Choosing your size |
We recommend you measure yourself before purchasing to avoid disappointments.
Using a measuring tape, measure yourself on top of your under garments (remove your blouse) around the fullest part of your Bust (chest) and the fullest part of your Hips (buttocks).
For a fitted look: select a size that is 2-3 inches larger than your Bust measurement.
For a loose look: select a size that is 4-6 inches larger than your Bust measurement.
Example 1:
Your measurement: 39" Bust and a 41" Hip
The item you are interested in purchasing is the Gold Tunic with the following measurements:
M: Bust - 41", Hip - 41"
L: Bust - 44", Hip - 44"
For a fitted look you would choose size M.
If you would prefer the Gold Tunic to be loose, then choose size L.
Example 2:
Your measurement: 39" Bust and a 41" Hip
The item you are interested in purchasing is Pin Stripe Jacket with the following measurements:
M: Bust - 40", Hip - 41.5"
L: Bust - 42", Hip - 44"
XL: Bust - 44", Hip - 46"
If you prefer a close fit or would wear your jacket unbuttoned, then choose size M.
If you prefer to button your jacket and would like a fitted look you would choose size L.
If you would prefer the Pin Stripe Jacket to be loose, then choose size XL.

| 2. Payment Methods |
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars.
We use PayPal for secure payment processing. With PayPal you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as electronic checks, debit cards, and PayPal account balances.
You can choose to send payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, or Yen. If you choose to send a payment other than Canadian Dollars, the funds will be automatically converted to the currency you selected before it is sent to us. Your payment will be converted based on the currency exchange rate at the time of payment. To view the current exchange rate visit www.exchangerate.com.
You do not need a PayPal account to shop at Heart of Hijab. Just follow our simple step-by-step checkout process to complete your purchase. If you like, the system can create a PayPal account while you checkout.

| 3. Invoice |
When you complete your online transaction you will receive an automated receipt from service@intl.paypal.com confirming your payment. Your credit card transactions will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *HEART HIJAB" or "PAYPAL *HEART OF HIJAB".
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from service@paypal.com with a tracking number so that you may track your order online.

| 4. Shipping Charges |
Shipping charges are calculated at a percentage of the sub-total amount of the purchase. Please note that the minimum shipping charge is $7.95.
Canada 5-8 days: 27% of the sub-total purchased.
USA 8-12 days: 34% of the sub-total purchased.
International & Express Shipping:
If you live outside of Canada and USA, or if you would like to have your items shipped express post please email us at sales@heartofhijab.com with your purchase order and your mailing address; a representative will contact you with the details.

| 5. Taxes & Customs |
Tax: If your shipping address is in Canada, BC we are obligated to collect 7% PST.
Customs & Duties: If you live outside of Canada you may be liable for custom fees. Heart of Hijab is not responsible for any customs & Duty fees that you may incur.

| 6. Exchange and Refund Policy |
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund any item within 20 days of your purchase. We request that you e-mail us at sales@heartofhijab.com with your
name and date of purchase. Please include the reason for exchange or refund and the item you would like to exchange it with.
Heart of Hijab is not responsible for shipping charges incurred during the exchange or refund process. In order to receive your exchange or refund please ensure your product is unused, in original condition with all tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund if we determine that the product is not in its original condition.
Please note there will be no exchanges or refunds for clearance items or wholesale orders.

| 7. Wholesale orders |
If you are interested in purchasing our items at a wholesale value please e-mail us at sales@heartofhijab.com with your purchase order. We will send you an estimate with the shipping charges. |

| 8. Security |
Heart of Hijab uses PayPal for secure payment processing. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. You can determine when you are in a secure environment by locating the key (Netscape browsers) or lock (Microsoft browsers) symbol at the bottom of the browser page. You will also notice the page address (URL) will change from 'http' to 'https' during the checkout process.
When you send a payment using PayPal, Heart of Hijab will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Once your payment is complete, PayPal will email you a receipt for your transaction. PayPal protects your privacy and security. The information practices of PayPal, Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnline Privacy Program.
